Join our Crepe Bistro Loyalty program, we offer you new way to get free stuff.

Crepe Bistro Rewards loyalty program is allowing members to earn rewards points and use those points to buy more items than before. With every purchase you collect points that can be redeemed for free drinks or food.

Enrollment into the loyalty program

There are a few ways to enroll in Crepe Bistro's loyalty program:

1. In person self-enrollment through the payment workflow by providing email address or phone number.  If you entered an email address, you will receive a welcome email to activate reward account. If you entered a phone number, you will receive a welcome text message to activate account instead

  3. Restaurant staff member will sign you up directly at the location

 

Welcome email/text message

Upon enrolling, Crepe Bistro will send an email or text message which contains a summary of the program, a link to your unique e-Rewards Card and a points balance summary.

The E-Rewards Card

Your Rewards Account has a live webpage that you can visit to check your points. This page will be updated in real-time as transactions to the account occur and points are earned or redeemed.

Linking Debit/Credit Cards

When you sign up for a Rewards Account after paying with a credit or debit card, the account is also linked to that credit or debit card. When future payments are taken with that card the Rewards Point will be applied to your account automatically. A linked debit/credit card will automatically earn points on future payments.

Note: If you want to link more than one card to your account, you MUST use the link in your welcome email to Verify the Card in order for the card to be used for redeeming points. If the card is not verified, the debit/credit card alone will not prompt to use your points for discounts.

If the guest's Rewards Account was created from a cash payment and you do not have it linked to a credit card or debit card, you must present: Email address or phone number is used at signup for the loyalty program.

Redeeming Rewards Points in the Restaurant

Points are tied directly with dollar values and can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. When you choose to pay for the order using the credit or debit card that is linked to your account, a prompt will appear on the payment screen if a reward is available to be redeemed for the transaction.
